Interparfums to launch Off-White fragrance and cosmetics
Interparfums, Inc. has announced that its French subsidiary, Interparfums SA, has acquired the rights to Off-White’s brand names and trademarks for Class 3 fragrance and cosmetic products
The move sets the stage for Interparfums to begin commercial use of the Off-White fragrance brands after an existing license expires on December 31, 2025
The agreement marks the beginning of a long-term collaboration between the two companies, focusing on strategies, product launches, and market initiatives
Founded in 2012, by the late designer Virgil Abloh, Off-White is known for its high-end streetwear influences and bold approach to youth luxury. The brand is celebrated for its deconstructionist approach, combining contrasting materials with functional details, as well as its distinctive visual symbols, including crossed arrows, quotation marks, and the iconic “X” logo

The first Off-White fragrance products under Interparfums’ direction are anticipated to debut in 2026
